Even Mark Zuckerberg stresses over team "drama"

It is totally normal to :
🏃♀️ want to run the other direction
😵💫 loop mentally as anxiety creeps up
👷 try to over-engineer the perfect solution or conversation that will fix everything
🗣️ seek outside guidance on the best way to handle things

🙉 pretending like things are fine and hope it gets better on its own
🔄 having the same conversations over and over again
👮♂️ try to force peace before folks are really ready or without resolving the underlying problem
