Through the process of working together, leaders develop the capacity to be aware of otherwise unconscious behaviors and thoughts that limit them in their relationships with others. They learn how to more intentionally direct their thoughts to transcend limiting beliefs, how to act in more nuanced and strategic ways, and how to attune to emotional dynamics that are driving unwanted behavior and holding them back.
Executive coaching typically involves a 90-day commitment to the process of growth, though I customize my services for each client based on their individual needs and provide actionable strategies to help address immediate concerns.
