Executive Coach +
Leadership Development Strategist
I help leaders and teams break through the hidden barriers holding them back—whether that’s unspoken tensions, ineffective communication patterns, or the self-doubt that keeps them from stepping fully into their potential.
As a coach, I guide leaders in shifting their perspective, developing the skills they need, and identifying limiting beliefs that create resistance to change. My approach integrates best practices in organizational development, psychological safety, and interpersonal neurobiology to create meaningful, lasting transformation.
My background + approach
I draw from a diverse range of frameworks, including:
Interpersonal Neurobiology (Dan Siegel) and Immunity to Change (Robert Kegan & Lisa Lahey) to help leaders develop self-awareness and resilience.
Compassionate Systems Framework (Peter Senge & Mette Boell) to cultivate cultures of trust and innovation.
Feminist Coaching Certification (Kara Loewentheil) to help clients navigate systemic challenges and reclaim their power.
Core Gifts Process (Bruce Anderson) to uncover strengths and unique leadership styles.
Enneagram Personality System, with training from top experts including Russ Hudson and Beatrice Chestnut, to decode workplace dynamics and leadership tendencies.
Business Strategy & Innovation, with insights from the Strategizer team, to help leaders think strategically and drive sustainable growth.
I also bring a deep understanding of learning and development, informed by my experience researching neuroscience, attachment theory, and leadership development while homeschooling my teens. This has given me a unique perspective on how people learn, adapt, and thrive in complex environments.
My philosophy on leadership
The world needs diverse, values-driven leaders who can navigate complexity with grace. We need more creativity, more innovation, and more conscious leadership. But true leadership isn’t about working harder or playing by outdated rules—it’s about rewiring the way we think, communicate, and collaborate.
I believe:
Leadership is about people, not just performance. Sustainable success comes from fostering trust, curiosity, and accountability.
You can’t create change from a place of burnout. Thriving leaders build thriving teams.
Understanding yourself is the key to leading others. Self-awareness fuels better decision-making, stronger relationships, and greater impact.
What I’m not about:
Treating people like cogs in a machine.
Hierarchical, fear-based leadership.
Hustle culture and burnout as a badge of honor.
Waiting until you have it “all figured out” before taking action.
Who I work with
I coach leaders, managers, and entrepreneurs who are committed to building workplaces where people feel seen, heard, and valued. Whether you’re leading a growing team, navigating a career transition, or looking to deepen your leadership capacity, I’m here to help.
I also reserve space in my programs for scholarship recipients, including single parents, people of color, and other marginalized groups. If cost is a barrier, reach out—we’ll find a way to make it work.
